Facilities Available

The Loring Commerce Centre has several buildings to choose from and can accommodate virtually any type of industry. We have facilities to accommodate small space uses and buildings ranging from 2,000 square feet to well over 100,000 square feet for warehousing and manufacturing to commercial, office and aviation related industries. In addition, Loring offers numerous multi-acre sites with municipal and utility infastructures in place for those companies who desire a custom designed facility.

Loring also has a business incubator, the Loring Applied Technology Center (LATC), which is designed to support entrepreneurs as they start new businesses.
